IT ASSISTANT- INTERNSHIP

Position Requirements

• Providing first level support to the users
• Setup and configure new laptops and desktops
• Performing basic maintenance and support to peripheral devices and workstations/pcs
• Performing basic maintenance to servers and network equipment
• Coordinating the IT onboarding /offboarding process of employees

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Studies in Information Technology (University or technological institute)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
